On February 27, 2024, Salesforce announced the public availability of the beta version of Einstein Copilot, its AI assistant, which is now globally accessible for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. It will also be available for Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud later in the year. Currently, Einstein Copilot data resides in the United States and is in the English language. Additionally, in the latter half of the year, Einstein Copilot will be launched for Tableau, which already features generative AI capabilities with "Tableau Pulse" and "Tableau Copilot" in beta.
